This mandarin-infused gin began as a happy accident when we ordered twice the mandarins needed for our signature gin. Instead of letting them go to waste, we macerated the peels in our gin straight off the still, thinking to make a type of mandarin-gin-cello.
One thing led to another - we tested and tweaked - and ended up with a dry, bitter, citrus-forward spirit that mixes perfectly with tonic to create a zesty-fresh G&T. The natural bitterness balances beautifully with the sweetness of tonic, no added sugar needed.

Nose: Like picking a sweet mandarin straight from the tree.
Taste: With hints of cinnamon and spice, and backed up by juniper, bright yet bitter mandarin citrus dominates the palate, making it the perfect zesty gin to mix with anything sweet.
