Shipping policy

Shipping Costs & Timeframes with Still Life Spirits:

Our standard shipping is $15 for orders under $100, and we’re thrilled to offer free shipping for orders over $100. 

Shipping Timeframes:

We ship all purchases within 1 business day in most cases, and within 2 business days at maximum. 
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timeframes are handled by Sendle and typically fall within these ranges:

Melbourne: 2-3 business days

Rest of Australia:
Metro areas: 3-6 business days 
Regional areas: 1-2 weeks 
Rural areas: 2+ weeks

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once packages are in transit, we'll provide tracking information so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship only within Australia, but stay tuned – we’re working hard to expand to more countries soon!

Order Tracking:

For added peace of mind, all orders are sent via tracked courier. We’ll send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships!

Shipping Terms:

When checking out you’ll see the price for shipping listed after you have entered your address. For all first time devilries to a given address, we rely on someone over the age of 18 being present to receive your package. Future orders may be chosen to be left in a safe place at the direction of the customer. If incorrect or outdated details are provided, Still Life Spirits won’t be held responsible for delivery to the address given. We’ll do our best to follow any specific delivery instructions, but these are not guaranteed.

Ownership of your order transfers to you once payment is processed, and you’ll be responsible for all risks from the time your order is dispatched. Orders are shipped from our warehouse, and standard delivery to metro areas typically takes between 2-8 days depending on our courier. Delivery to regional areas may take a bit longer.

While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframes, we can’t guarantee it, and Still Life Spirits cannot be held liable for delays due to external factors. If we’re unable to complete delivery for reasons beyond our control or if the intended recipient is under 18, we’ll work to reschedule delivery or issue a refund.

Northern Territory Orders:

For customers in the Northern Territory, additional price calculations apply to ensure compliance with NT’s minimum floor price requirements under the Liquor Amendment (Minimum Pricing) Act 2018.
