Cherry Negorni
The Story.
When we started testing the Sour Cherry release, one thing kept happening: we couldn't stop making Cherry Negronis.
The Negroni has become a staple in Melbourne bars and restaurants. Equal parts ritual and litmus test for any decent drinking establishment. This felt like the perfect twist: the brightness of our Sour Cherry cutting through a Negroni's bitterness, with bold juniper and finger lime citrus from our Australian Dry Gin tying it all together.
We made it once. Then again. And just kept drinking it. So we bottled it.
No mixing, no measuring, no need for a fully stocked bar on your end. Just open, pour, and enjoy what we've been drinking all summer.
How to Drink.
Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
Bonus tip: Keep it in the fridge to slow the dilution so you can let the full flavours linger.
